Account Management
 
We provide all our clients with an experienced and customer focussed Account Manager who will be your main point of contact with Connecti and who will ensure you receive an effective service. Your Account Manager will be there to assist you with any queries and provide you with regular up-dates and reports on the service we provide you.

Technical support

Our insistence on standards compliant software should eliminate most problems. In the event of something going wrong our dedicated technical support line is there when you need it. Fully qualified technical support staff are here to assist you within business working hours. Our standard contract offers unlimited calls, with no limit on call volume. It’s as simple as that.

 Hosting

Connecti provides a hosted and fully managed technical service. This allows you to concentrate on using the system – without the overhead of technical deployment. We also ensure your servers are connected, secure and accessible- eliminating risk. It’s a controllable, predictable and low cost solution.

User helpdesk

We can provide you with a helpdesk facility – the first point of call for all enquiries about the system. The helpdesk team know the system and are responsible for all daily operational support issues of clients.
The helpdesk frees your staff up from the day-to-day issues – including common requests such as resetting passwords. Connecti also provide a range of service levels to suit your business needs.

Training

Connecti can provide a range of training options. These include:
On site training - hands-on training with a member of Connecti staff taking a group of users through the system.
Web seminars - Online training session conducted remotely and delivered to many locations via the Internet.
