The system works with both Choice Based Letting and Common Housing Register Models and is available now for Housing Authorities throughout the UK to trial.

HomeLet is available online 24/7 allowing prospective tenants to register on the waiting list. Once assessed, clients can view possible lets and bid for available property prior to a published closing date. The system also enables user's to produce a printable schedule of all available properties for distribution by the housing association.

Branded for each social landlord, HomeLet will be made available on the landlord’s website but hosted on a world class hosting facility in Edinburgh and supported by Connecti’s customer and technical support staff.
