The Client

Mactaggart and Mickel are one of the UK’s leading home building companies. Established in 1925, the homebuilder has played an integral role in developing some of Scotland’s most exclusive housing developments. Today Mactaggart and Mickel has established themselves as a highly customer focussed and quality homebuilder as well as being one of the most profitable company’s in Scotland. In recent years, Mactaggart and Mickel has received several awards for design and quality from the NHBC to the ‘What House’ Gold Awards for the best luxury development in Britain.

The Challenge

Mactaggart and Mickel produce a bi-annual 'Inhouse' publication that highlights employee, company and development news. The company were looking for new ways to distribute this to their wide customer base which would both make the publication more accessible and contribute to their sustainability policy which includes reducing paper waste.

The Solution

Mactaggart and Mickel chose Connecti’s emarketing system to send out their publication. An on-brand, eye catching email template was created and key news stories selected for display on the front cover. Key calls to action were also included in the campaign and reporting set up so that key information could be tracked during the campaign send such as most popular news stories and distribution stats.
