Online reservations to launch at Mactaggart & Mickel’s Campsie Village March 2008

Connecti’s new online reservations system is to launch at Mactaggart and Mickel’s latest development ‘Campsie Village’ in Lennoxtown, Glasgow. This launch will coincide with the unveiling of the latest show homes at the development. Online reservations which are part of the ‘My Mac Mic’ online product suite will enable customers to reserve their dream home online by paying their deposit via a secure payment processing system available on the website.

Mactaggart and Mickel is the first UK homebuilder to introduce online reservations highlighting their commitment to innovation and the changing requirements of their customers. The new feature, which is part of the overall ‘My Mac Mic’ customer portal, will enable customers to reserve their chosen home in just a few short steps. The new online reservations system will also by used by sales consultants while processing customer reservations in the sales office reducing paper work and creating a more streamlined sales process.

The ‘My Mac Mic’ portal, designed and implemented by Connecti Digital, was introduced to Mactaggart and Mickel customers in December 2006 and enables customers who register with the portal to enjoy a number of new services such as being notified of plot availability, ebrochures and text messaging alerts. Online reservations or ‘Pre reservations’ as the system will be known as is another service which will be introduced for My Mac Mic registered customers.
