Connecti brandFAST steers Toyota (GB) PLC’s UK marketing into the
fast lane marketing workflow system speeds up production times five-fold.
Connecti, a leading digital services provider, has announced today
the launch of an advanced marketing module to streamline Toyota’s
marketing strategy across its entire UK network of 200 Toyota Centres.
The system, brandFAST, which is powered by Adobe enterprise server technology,
allows Toyota Centres to produce localised and personalised advertising
campaigns, brochures and stationery, which is consistent with the corporate
branding. Previously this process could take up to three days; now, with
brandFAST, it takes just ten minutes.
Connecti brandFAST combined with Adobe Document Server provides Toyota
Centres the flexibility to customise and order multi channel marketing
materials directly online.
Since implementing the system, Toyota has reduced the time taken to produce,
edit and approve localised marketing materials by 90 percent. Further
cost savings have been made through online automation of traditional advertising
processes, which removes supplier bottlenecks and allows aggregation of
marketing material orders.
BrandFAST supports Toyota’s brand strategy, reducing the risk of
brand dilution and protecting brand equity, whilst enabling Toyota Centres
to customise templates for local markets within brand guidelines.

strategic marketing gains, with uniformed branding being achieved across
all virtual and physical channels. We have already seen the speed of campaign
execution increase five-fold and the management of sales leads achieved
more effectively. So far we have enjoyed impressive cost savings through
use of the system, but more importantly a far more aligned Toyota Centre
network as demonstrated by the 99% Toyota Centre subscription, said Robin
